Echowood's Making Tofu At Home: Part three

And finally, the last part.

I will have to give this another try. I failed miserably the first time around and with no hope of doing better a second time, I just gave up (which is very unlike me - thus, my renewed commitment to try again). :o)

I'm sitting here right now with this big grin on my face. You've commented on one of my posts before, and I had no idea whatsoever that it was you (until just now when I checked out your blog and saw your mention of Corcodel). :-)

I've actually tried to make tofu a few times, but using cheesecloth and no actual press, and using a much more common and less effective coagulant (i.e. lemon juice). It came out ok. Nothing special. I intend to try again, though.

Yeah, it's me. :o) I only posted something on my blog today because it just seemed too funny not to put it out there. I'm feeling slightly better, but I suspect I'm going to have to make an appointment with a chiropractor. Bah.

I also tried the cheesecloth method. I don't remember what I did wrong, but it was definitely something. :o)
