Sleep Well, Old Friend
Tarwater and his brother Monzo came to live with me when they were 11 months old. A few years ago, Monzo died of complications from hyperthyroidism. Yesterday, Tarwater left me at the age of 15-3/4. I'll love him and miss him forever.
i'm so sorry, Mylène. while it's so very sad that Tarwater left you i think it's wonderful that you got to spend 15 years together. he must have left you with many great memories to hold on to. i'm sending you hugs.
Yes, you will love him forever. I still think with so much love for the cat I had, who died when I was 15. The pain, the ache, it does subside, the missing and the loving goes on forever! Hugs, My.
